Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy:** A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

**Refund Policy:** No monetary refunds are provided.

**Final Inspection:** All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

**Cancellation Policy:**

- If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, please provide at least seventy-two (72) hours' notice. Notice can be given via email, SMS (text), or phone. If leaving a voicemail, please state that you are canceling the cleaning.

- If services are canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be invoiced for 50% of the canceled cleaning.

- If you cancel on the same day as the scheduled cleaning, you will be invoiced or charged 100% of the canceled cleaning.

- If our team is unable to access your home upon arrival or is turned away at the gate or door, you will be invoiced 100% for the canceled cleaning.

We understand that unexpected delays can occur, necessitating schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least seventy-two (72) hours' notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee.

We are always happy to accommodate rescheduled appointments, subject to availability.
