What our rescheduling/ cancelation policy is our cleaning service, we understand that things come up and plans sometimes change last minute. However, in order to protect the time and schedules of our dedicated cleaning professionals, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
If a cleaning service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client's card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the canceled cleaning. If the client cancels on the same day as the appointment, their card will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Additionally, if we are unable to access the home upon arrival or are turned away at the gate or door, the client will also be charged 100% of the total cost of the canceled cleaning.
